Raj serves as a Program Manager at the Refugee Dream Center, where he leads the Youth Mentorship Program and supports program planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting. He works closely with the Executive Director and program staff to strengthen mentorship operations, improve documentation and data systems, and ensure effective coordination with mentors, youth, and community partners.
Raj holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Clark University and brings experience across program operations, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. Before joining RDC, he supported mission-driven initiatives and startups in roles focused on operations, branding, and client success, with a strong emphasis on building structured systems that help teams deliver impact efficiently.
Originally from Mumbai, India, Raj is passionate about empowering newcomer communities through education, mentorship, and resource access. In his spare time, Raj enjoys hiking, playing table tennis, and exploring entrepreneurship, alongside his passion for building systems that help mission-driven organizations expand access and deliver meaningful impact.
