Philip Inkoom

Health & Safety Coordinator

Philip Inkoom is a multidisciplinary professional with a background in biotechnology, community development, and leadership. Originally from Ghana, he moved to the United States in 2023 to pursue graduate studies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Biotechnology from KNUST, Ghana, and an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from North American University, Houston, graduating in May 2025.

Philip has contributed to student mentorship and community development initiatives with organizations such as the Databank Foundation, Hopeworks Ghana, and HillCity College. He also participated in the ERASMUS academic exchange program at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, Romania, where he completed advanced coursework in Molecular Diagnostics and Biotechnology. He is an active church worker at ICGC – Empowerment Temple, Rhode Island, and enjoys personal development reading and spending time with loved ones.
